7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or a size exchange.

Condition of Items: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all product tags attached.

Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, certain products like innerwear/panties must have the hygiene seal fully intact to be eligible for return.

Exchanges: If you are simply swapping an item for a different size, we will handle the process smoothly.

Returns for Refund: Please note that for standard returns, applicable delivery charges and a nominal supplier restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Our Guarantee: Once your item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your replacement will be shipped out immediately, or your remaining refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
